Some people might even read this web page but they so passionately want to believe that a scam is real that they proceed anyway.
The victim might receive an email that he or she must pay a fee or tax before he or she may withdraw money.
The alleged fee or tax is just an attempt by the scammer to extract additional funds from the victim.
